Cotton planting
We own a cotton field in Chinese West North Area, where we grow our cotton for spinning, fabric weaving and knitting and ultimately through to final shirt production. In addition, we have long standing relationships with our US Pima cotton suppliers. In all our spinning and textiles, we use long staple fibre cotton, which is key for top quality fabrics and apparel making.
Spinning
All our spinning machines are the most advanced from Germany and Switzerland. We can produce the highest quality yarn from 40s to 180s with smooth and good evenness, high strength, which is ideal for high quality fabrics with a fine hand feel and different functional finishings.
Dyeing
Using the finest equipment from Germany and Japan together with an effective management system, the bulk dyeing production gives us high effciency, colours that are vivid wth perfect colour fastness and matching.
Weaving
Our machinery is from Japan and Germany with various loom types, which can weave poplin, dobby, jacquard texture fabrics with minimal yarn breakages under high working speeds.
Finishing
Using the most advanced German finishing machines, the finishing mills can make sanforized fabrics, mercerizing fabrics, easy care finishings, wrinkle free finishings, liquid ammonia finisings, peaching finishings, non-iron finishings, water & oil spills finisings, stain release finishings, Teflon finishings, carbon peach finishings and more for all the fabrics we produce.
Quality Control
Our quality control includes two departments, one for fabric inspection and the other one for fabric performance and quality testing, plus fabric inspection which includes two pre-inspections and after inspection. The QC department is equipped with the most advanced digital lab equipment, where we can do full tests for our customers meeting the standards of AATCC, JIS, ISO, ASTMD, EN, GB and personalised customer test requests. Our tests ensure fabric washing performance, shrinkage to standards required, DP testing, fabric strength, colour fastness, tear and tensile strength, UV cut testing, Formaldehyde-free Testing and more.
Shirt Manufacture
Our shirt mill is specialized in design, production, sales of high class men and women formal shirts, casual shirts, lady’s blouses, and pants according to customers' requirements. We have are very happy to work with customers to meet their requirements and have excellent relationships of long standing with our current clients.
